Linux bzip2recover command to repair the damaged .bz2 file.

bzip2 is a block a way to compress files, each block as independent units. Thus, when a tile is damaged, you can use bzip2recover, try to file blocks apart, in order to decompress the normal blocks. Usually apply only in the case of a large compressed file.
