Definition and Usage
DATE_ADD () function adds a specified time interval to date.
grammar
DATE_ADD(date,INTERVAL expr type)
date date expression argument is legitimate. expr parameter is the time interval you want to add.

Examples
Suppose we have the following "Orders" table:

---|---|---|

Now, we want to "OrderDate" add 45 days, so you can find the date of payment.
We use the following SELECT statement:
SELECT OrderId,DATE_ADD(OrderDate,INTERVAL 45 DAY) AS OrderPayDate
