Definition and Usage

<Fo: repeatable-page-master-alternatives> object specifies a copy of simple-page-master set.

Sub-class of the object is fo: conditional-page-master-references (referred to as "the program").

Which program you use depends on the assessment of the conditions (the conditions allow for the first page, odd / even pages and a blank page with a different page-masters).

Conditions in the order of testing, the final program will be used to refer to page-master does not contain the specified layout of all the pages.
