What are Web Services?

How does it work?
Based Web Services platform is XML + HTTP.
HTTP protocol is the most common Internet protocols.

Web services platform elements:
- SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol)
- UDDI (Universal Description, Discovery and Integration)
- WSDL (Web services description language)
