HTML5 does not support <dir> tag. Please be replaced with CSS.
In HTML 4.01, <dir> element is obsolete .
<Dir> tag is used to define the directory listing.

In HTML 4.01, <dir> tag supports the following standard attributes:

Event Properties
In HTML 4.01, <dir> tag supports the following event attributes:
