Chrome

Google Chrome browser, Chinese name "Google Browser", is a free open-source web browser, developed by Google, released in 2008.

When Google decided to develop a browser, they need to completely re-plan this browser. This is because today's browsers and requires only simple text page when the browser is very different, and now we are in the browser e-mail, shopping, paying bills, and running other large applications.

Google Chrome 34

Chrome 34 released on April 8, 2014.

Chrome 34 can run on Windows, Mac, Linux and Android (April 2).

New features:

  • When set autocomplete = off, Chrome will remember and fill the password field.
  • Responsive image support - Google launched a "srcset" attribute, so that Web developers can provide multiple resources with different resolutions into a single image. In short, this means that the browser will choose to match the device's resources, these devices may be a desktop, laptop, tablet, phone, TV.
  • No prefix version of the Web Audio API
  • Supervised the user into the new computer - will also import all of their privileges to import supervised users, it will automatically sync to the device.
  • Many new applications / extended API
  • A different look for Win8 Metro mode
  • 31 security fixes

Chrome 33 released on February 20, 2014.

Chrome 33 can run on Windows, Mac, Linux and Android (February 26).

Chrome Frame (for Internet Explorer, Chrome widget) has been officially retired.

New features:

  • Web Speech API - speech recognition and synthesis function
  • Custom elements - You can create a new HTML and DOM elements (you can use any name you want to use), can also be extended with new elements from other elements, and custom features bundled into a single element.
  • In offline mode, you can create, rename, delete, Google Drive (Google Drive) in a folder
